Lock in tomorrow's college tuition costs at Texas public colleges and universities at today's prices. The Texas prepaid tuition plan, the Texas Tuition Promise Fund®, will give you an important opportunity to prepay and save for your child's future education. The Texas Tuition Promise Fund, managed by Orion Advisor Solutions, Inc., is open to enrollment each year from Sept. 1 through Feb. 28 (29 in leap years) and newborns can be enrolled from Sept. 1 to July 31. Texas Match the Promise Foundation℠ Scholarships

The Texas Match the Promise Foundation℠ awards scholarships to fifth- through ninth-graders who are enrolled in the Texas Tuition Promise Fund. The foundation encourages families to save for college by supplementing their contributions to the plan. Eligible students can apply between Sept. 1 and Dec. 31. Save Even More for College Expenses

The Texas College Savings Plan® is a qualified 529 savings plan offered through the state. Managed by Orion Advisor Solutions, Inc., the plan offers 20 different investment portfolios, tax-free growth of your investment and tax-free withdrawals on earnings used for qualified higher education expenses. New applications and investments in the plan are accepted year-round.

Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan (closed to new enrollment).

The Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan (formerly the Texas Tomorrow Fund) was developed to cover the cost of tomorrow's college tuition and required fees at Texas public colleges and universities. NOTE: This plan is currently closed to new enrollment. Plan participants may view fund information and resources and log onto their accounts 24X7 on the Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan website.

Notice to Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan Purchasers: The Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan is backed by the full faith and credit of the state of Texas. The state will honor all Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan contracts purchased to pay for your beneficiary's education at a state-funded school.
